A leaking waste under the bath, a toilet that seeps at the base, a sink or shower that will not drain. We find the cause, fix it and make good the damage, and we tell you the price before we start, even when it is urgent.
Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. Quotes are free and without obligation, and we aim to reply within 24 hours.
Turn off the water at the stopcock, usually under the kitchen sink. If water is near sockets or lights, switch off that circuit if it is safe to do so. Then call us and we will talk you through it.
For urgent leaks we try for the same or next working day, and we give honest timings over the phone first. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
Describe what is happening. We give advice straight away and a realistic arrival time.
We look at the job and explain what has failed and what it will take to fix.
You get the price before work starts. We stop the leak, clear the drain or replace the failed part.
Damaged boards or sealant are put right, the area is left clean, and if a temporary fix was needed we return to finish it.
Our hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. If water escapes outside those hours, turn off the stopcock and contact an appropriate local provider.
We are not a gas company, so boilers and anything on the gas supply are not something we take on.

A drain can be a five-minute clearance or a serious external blockage. We will not price it until we know which.
