Bespoke bathrooms
A bespoke bathroom is planned for one particular room and the people who use it, rather than picked as a standard package. The layout follows your space, including sloping ceilings, alcoves and awkward corners, and the fixtures, storage and finishes are chosen to suit how you live. We design and fit bespoke bathrooms as one team, so the plan is always one that can be built properly.

It is less about expensive products and more about fit. A bespoke design might use a made-to-measure shower enclosure in a recess, a vanity unit sized to the exact gap beside a chimney breast, recessed niches in a stud wall, or a layout that swaps the bath and shower positions because that suits the window better.
Older properties often benefit most. Walls that are not square, floors that fall, and pipework in unusual places are hard to work around with off-the-shelf layouts, but they can be designed around from the start.
Many design problems only appear on fitting day: a waste that cannot fall far enough, a wall that will not take a wall-hung unit, a niche that clashes with a pipe. Because we survey, plan and install, those questions are answered at the design stage, not discovered halfway through the job.
Our bathroom design service covers the practical planning behind any bathroom. This page is for when you want the layout and details built specifically around your room, and the same careful preparation, plumbing and tiling apply.
We measure the room, check services and talk through how you use it and what you want to change.
We explain which layouts work in the space and what each means for pipework and preparation.

Strip-out, plumbing, preparation, tiling and fitting by the same team.
Sealing, testing and a walk-through of the finished room.
Storage is easiest to get right at the design stage. A niche built into a stud wall keeps bottles off the tray edge, a boxed-in cistern can provide a useful shelf, and a vanity unit sized to the space avoids the awkward gaps left by standard widths. Deciding these early means pipe runs and boxing can be set to suit.
Lighting and ventilation affect how the finished room feels as much as the tiles do. While electrical work is carried out by a qualified electrician, the positions of lights, mirrors and extractor fans are worth agreeing in the layout so the tiling and boxing leave the right space for them and nothing has to be moved afterwards.
Boilers, heating systems, gas appliances and electrical wiring are handled by the relevant qualified engineer, not by us.
We design and fit bespoke bathrooms across Gloucester, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Stroud, Malvern, Ledbury, Newent and Ross-on-Wye.
