What a realistic bathroom fitting timeline looks like

The short answer

A full refit is a sequence of dependent stages with curing time between them. Compressing the programme usually means compromising a stage that matters.

The detail that matters

    Tanking and adhesive both need curing time; forcing tiling forward is how hairline grout cracks appear later.

  2. 2

    Delays typically come from product lead times and unforeseen structural or drainage findings once the room is stripped.
