Common questions
Is low pressure the same as low flow?
No. Pressure is force, flow is volume per minute. Showers usually disappoint on flow.
Can pressure be increased?
Depending on the system, options include a pump, an accumulator or upgrading the supply pipe, each suits different setups.
How the system behaves
Point 1
One slow outlet usually means a blocked aerator, a partially closed isolator or a failed cartridge.
Point 2
House-wide loss points to the incoming supply, a partly closed stopcock or a system-level issue such as a failing pump or a shared supply pipe.
