The snagging list every bathroom should get

How this is actually built
- 1
Check silicone lines at the tray, bath and worktop for continuity; check tile lippage under raking light rather than head on.
- 2
Run every outlet, fill and drain the bath, and check the WC seal and cistern fill rate before signing off.
Before you commit

Questions we get asked
When should snagging happen?
After first use, not at the moment the tools leave, some issues only appear when the room is used properly.
Is minor grout shrinkage normal?
Slight settlement in silicone joints can happen; it should be reported and corrected, not ignored.
Working out what is realistic in your space?
Room dimensions, the position of the window and where the waste leaves the building decide most of it. Send those and we can be specific.
